1. Membership Eligibility & Qualification Criteria 会员资格与准入要求

​

Membership is reserved for established businesses and professionals demonstrating genuine ASEAN–China business engagement.
会员资格仅面向具备真实东盟—中国商务参与背景的成熟企业与专业人士。

 

Business and Strategic Members must have a minimum operational history of 2 years.
企业会员与战略会员须具备至少 2 年的运营记录。

 

Applicants should provide verifiable professional presence, including a professional website, branding and business credentials.
申请人应具备可核实的专业形象与资质，包括正式官网、品牌资料及经营证明。

 

Professional references or chamber or industry association affiliation may be requested to support qualification.
商会可能要求提供专业推荐人或商会/行业协会相关资质以辅助审核。

 

ACEC reserves the right to approve or decline applications without detailed explanation.
ACEC 保留在无需提供详细理由的情况下批准或拒绝申请的权利。

 

2. Application Review Process 申请审核流程

 

All applications undergo initial screening for completeness and basic qualifications.
所有申请将先进行完整性与基本资格的初审。

Applications then undergo secondary review by the ACEC Membership Committee.
申请将进入 ACEC 会员委员会的二次审核。

 

Interview and reference checks may be required for Strategic and Investor-related applications.
战略会员及涉及投资属性的申请，可能需要面谈或推荐人核验。

 

Final approval or declination is typically provided within 14 business days.
最终结果通常在 14 个工作日内通知。

 

Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
提交申请不代表必然获批。

 

Application submission is free and does not require payment.
提交申请无需付款。

 

If your application is approved, ACEC will issue an invoice or provide a payment link.
如申请获批，ACEC 将开具发票或提供付款链接。

 

3. Membership Categories & Fees 会员等级与费用

​

Community Member: S$388/year.
社区会员：S$388/年。

Business Member: S$1,088/year.
企业会员：S$1,088/年。

Strategic Member: S$3,088/year.
战略会员：S$3,088/年。

Founding Member: S$18,888 one-time.
创始会员：S$18,888（一次性）。

 

Affiliated pricing applies only to existing chamber partners, alumni programmes or sponsored introductions, subject to verification by ACEC.
合作渠道价格仅适用于现有商会合作伙伴、校友项目或经推荐引荐的申请人，并须经 ACEC 核验确认。

 

4. Payment Terms 付款条款

​

Membership fees are payable annually in advance (except Founding Membership which is one-time).
会员费用须提前按年支付（创始会员为一次性费用）。

 

Invoices are issued upon acceptance.
会员获批后将开具发票。

 

A 7-day grace period applies for payment unless otherwise stated by ACEC.
除非 ACEC 另有说明，付款宽限期为 7 天。

 

Membership begins only upon cleared payment.
会员资格仅在款项到账后正式生效。

 

5. Refund Policy 退款政策

 

Membership fees are strictly non-refundable once membership has commenced and access to Chamber benefits has been activated.
会员资格一经正式生效并启用商会权益后，所缴费用概不退还。

 

If ACEC determines during the membership verification, KYC or onboarding stage that an approved applicant does not meet the qualification criteria, membership will be revoked and a full refund of fees paid will be issued.
如 ACEC 在会员审核、KYC 或入会核验阶段发现已批准的申请人不符合准入资格，商会将撤销其会员身份，并全额退还已支付的会员费用。

 

No refunds will be granted once the member has participated in Chamber programmes, events, delegations or received active membership benefits.
会员一旦参与商会项目、活动、代表团或已享有相关会员权益，将不再提供退款。

 

Refund eligibility applies only to ACEC-initiated revocations arising during the pre-activation verification stage.
退款仅适用于 ACEC 在权益启用前因资格不符而主动撤销的情况。

 

6. Member Benefits & Access 会员权益与使用范围

​

Core benefits are tier-dependent and may include member directory access, networking event access, chamber communications and institutional credibility signals.
核心权益按等级提供，可能包括会员名录权限、商务活动参与、商会资讯推送及机构背书相关权益。

 

Monthly newsletter and market intelligence, as well as public webinars and digital resources, may be introduced as additional benefits (coming soon).
月度资讯简报与市场洞察、公开研讨与数字资源等权益可能作为新增服务推出（即将上线）。

 

Business-tier benefits may include advisory support, quarterly presentation passes (subject to availability) and partner discount access.
企业会员权益可能包括商务咨询支持、季度企业展示通行权（视名额而定）及合作伙伴优惠权益。

 

Strategic-tier benefits may include priority matching for partnerships or investments and participation in closed-door sessions where applicable.
战略会员权益可能包括优先商业及投资对接，以及在符合条件时参与闭门交流。

 

Founding-tier benefits may include all Strategic benefits plus a permanent advisory seat, co-host privileges and permanent directory positioning.
创始会员权益可能包括所有战略会员权益，并额外享有常设顾问席位、活动联合主办权及永久名录优先展示。

 

All benefits are facilitation-based and do not guarantee commercial results, partnerships, investment outcomes or policy approvals.
所有权益均为资源对接与促进性质，不构成对任何商务结果、合作、投资回报或政策审批的保证。

 

7. Institutional Credibility Signals 机构背书与信誉标识

​

ACEC may provide verified member badges for website or marketing use, subject to tier and eligibility.
ACEC 可提供用于官网或营销的认证会员标识，具体以会员等级与资格为准。

 

Chamber affiliation letters may be issued upon request and approval.
商会推荐函可在申请并审核通过后出具。

 

Delegation participation is subject to eligibility, capacity and final confirmation by ACEC.
代表团参与须符合资格、名额安排，并以 ACEC 最终确认为准。

 

Endorsements for qualified initiatives may be provided at ACEC’s discretion.
对符合条件的项目背书将由 ACEC 视情况决定是否提供。

 

8. Code of Conduct & Membership Standards 行为规范与会员标准

​

Members must maintain professional behaviour in all ACEC events and communications.
会员须在所有商会活动与沟通中保持专业行为。

 

Members must respect confidentiality of shared information.
会员须尊重并维护信息保密性。

 

Unsolicited commercial approaches to members are prohibited.
禁止对会员进行未经邀请的商业推销或骚扰式营销。

 

Members must comply with all applicable cross-border regulations.
会员须遵守所有适用的跨境法规与合规要求。

 

Members must represent ACEC values in business conduct and avoid actions that may damage ACEC’s reputation.
会员须在商务行为中体现 ACEC 价值观，避免任何可能损害商会声誉的行为。

 

9. Content & Intellectual Property 内容与知识产权

​

ACEC retains intellectual property rights for all Chamber-produced content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
除非另有书面约定，ACEC 保留所有商会制作内容的知识产权。

 

Members may use provided materials for internal use only unless permission is granted by ACEC.
会员仅可将相关材料用于内部用途，除非获得 ACEC 授权。

 

Redistribution of member directory information is strictly prohibited.
严禁转发、出售或传播会员名录信息。

 

Case study participation may be encouraged with mutual consent.
在双方同意的前提下，商会可邀请会员参与案例展示。

 

10. Membership Renewal & Cancellation 续费与取消

​

Annual memberships renew by invoice unless otherwise stated by ACEC.
年度会员通常以发票方式续费，除非 ACEC 另有说明。

 

Notification may be sent 45 days prior to renewal.
商会可能在续费前 45 天发送通知。

 

Members may request non-renewal by written notice.
会员可通过书面通知申请不续费。

 

No refunds are provided for partial membership periods.
已生效会员期间不提供按比例退款。

 

Access may be terminated immediately upon non-payment.
未付款将导致会员权益被立即终止。

 

11. Termination Rights 终止会员资格的权利

​

ACEC may terminate membership with written notice if a member violates the Code of Conduct substantially.
如会员严重违反行为规范，ACEC 可书面通知终止其会员资格。

 

ACEC may terminate membership if a member becomes insolvent or bankrupt.
如会员破产或无力偿债，ACEC 可终止其会员资格。

 

ACEC may terminate membership if a member engages in illegal or unethical activities.
如会员涉及违法或不道德行为，ACEC 可终止其会员资格。

 

ACEC may terminate membership if a member misrepresents affiliation or damages ACEC’s reputation.
如会员虚假宣称商会关系或损害 ACEC 声誉，ACEC 可终止其会员资格。

 

ACEC may terminate membership if a member fails to meet regulatory or compliance requirements.
如会员不符合监管或合规要求，ACEC 可终止其会员资格。

 

12. Post-Termination 终止后的处理

 

All benefits cease immediately upon termination.
会员资格终止后，所有权益立即停止。

 

The member must remove ACEC branding and cease representing affiliation.
会员须移除 ACEC 标识并停止对外宣称商会关系。

 

Outstanding fees remain payable where applicable.
如仍有应付费用，会员仍须支付。

 

Directory listing may be removed within 7 days.
会员名录展示可能在 7 天内移除。

 

13. Data & Privacy 数据与隐私

​

Application data is used solely for membership evaluation and internal Chamber business development or matchmaking purposes.
申请资料仅用于会员审核及商会内部业务发展与对接用途。

 

Data is stored securely in accordance with Singapore PDPA requirements.
数据将依据新加坡 PDPA 法规安全存储与管理。

 

By applying, the applicant consents to introductions, deal flow communications and invitations to relevant sector events.
提交申请即表示同意接受商务对接联系、项目机会信息及相关行业活动邀请。

 

Aggregated market insights may be produced from non-identifiable data.
商会可能基于不可识别的汇总数据形成市场洞察报告。

 

14. Limitation of Liability 责任限制

​

ACEC provides facilitation and does not guarantee outcomes.
ACEC 提供资源促进服务，不保证任何结果。

 

ACEC assumes no liability for decisions or transactions made between members.
ACEC 不对会员之间的交易或决定承担责任。

 

Membership does not imply investment endorsement.
会员资格不构成任何投资背书或承诺。

 

Members engage in business relationships at their own risk.
会员开展商务合作须自行承担风险。

 

Maximum liability is limited to the annual membership fee paid (or fees paid for the relevant membership period).
最高责任限额不超过会员已支付的年度会费（或相应会员期间已支付的费用）。

 

15. Amendments & Governing Law 修订与法律适用

​

ACEC may update these Terms with 30 days’ notice.
ACEC 可提前 30 天通知后对条款进行更新。

 

Continued membership constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
会员继续保留资格即视为接受更新后的条款。

 

These Terms are governed by Singapore law.
本条款受新加坡法律管辖。

 

Disputes are subject to Singapore arbitration where applicable.
争议在适用情况下提交新加坡仲裁处理。

 

16. Strategic Partner Addendum 战略合作伙伴补充条款

​

Strategic Partners may be subject to additional partnership terms, including preferential member rates, referral arrangements and service standards, as agreed in writing with ACEC.
战略合作伙伴可能适用额外合作条款，包括会员优惠价格、推荐合作安排及服务标准等，具体以 ACEC 书面协议为准。
