会员条款与条件
1. Free Business Membership • 免费企业会员
ACEC offers one Business Membership, permanently free with no joining fee, annual fee or expiry date. Successful registration activates membership for a company representative or professional. Provide accurate business and contact details.
ACEC 提供永久免费企业会员，无入会费、年费或到期日。成功注册即启用公司代表或专业人士的会员资格。请提供真实的企业及联系方式。
2. Verification and directory approval • 核验与名录审批
ACEC may verify information and request supporting documents. Company descriptions and logos are manually assessed and approved within 2–14 business days before directory publication. Form submission does not automatically publish a listing; ACEC may request corrections or decline unsuitable content.
ACEC 可核验资料并要求补充文件。公司简介及标识须在 2–14 个工作日内经人工评估及审批后才发布至名录。提交表格不会自动发布；ACEC 可要求修改或拒绝不适当的内容。
3. Benefits and separate charges • 权益与另行收费
Membership provides access to business connections, market insights, networking and relevant opportunities across ASEAN and China. Introductions and participation depend on suitability, availability and the parties involved. Consultancy projects, implementation, paid event tickets, delegation programmes and travel are charged separately under their own terms.
会员可接入东盟与中国的商务联系、市场资讯、交流及相关机会。引荐与参与取决于适配情况、名额及相关方意愿。咨询项目、实施服务、收费活动门票、代表团项目及差旅另行收费，并适用各自条款。
4. Professional conduct • 专业行为
Act professionally, respect confidentiality and comply with applicable laws. Do not use ACEC directories or communities for spam, unsolicited mass marketing, misleading claims or unlawful activity. Membership does not authorise you to represent or bind ACEC.
请保持专业、尊重保密义务并遵守适用法律。不得利用 ACEC 名录或社群发送垃圾信息、群发营销、误导性陈述或从事违法活动。会员资格不授权您代表 ACEC 或作出约束 ACEC 的承诺。
5. Company logos and directory content • 企业标识与名录内容
You confirm that you have the rights to submit your company logo and content. You grant ACEC a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display approved material in the member directory and related ACEC materials while membership remains active. ACEC may resize or format it for consistency.
您确认有权提交企业标识及内容，并授予 ACEC 非独占、免版税许可，在会员资格有效期间于会员名录及相关资料展示经批准的内容。ACEC 可为统一展示调整尺寸或格式。
6. ACEC materials and branding • ACEC 资料与品牌
ACEC retains rights to its materials. Use them internally unless ACEC gives permission for wider use. Do not redistribute directory information. Member badges, affiliation letters and use of ACEC branding require ACEC approval and do not imply endorsement.
ACEC 保留其资料的知识产权。未经授权，资料仅供内部使用；不得转发或传播名录信息。会员徽章、商会关系函及 ACEC 品牌使用须获批准，且不构成背书。
7. Account restrictions and removal • 账户限制与移除
ACEC may investigate, restrict or remove accounts that provide false information, breach these terms, engage in unsuitable conduct or fail verification. Related access and directory listings may be withdrawn. Members must stop using ACEC branding or claiming affiliation when membership ends.
ACEC 可调查、限制或移除提供虚假资料、违反条款、行为不当或未通过核验的账户，并撤销相关权限及名录展示。会员资格终止后，须停止使用 ACEC 标识或声称商会关系。
8. Cancellation • 退出会员
You may request cancellation or a directory correction by emailing alliance@acec.ventures. There is no membership fee to refund. Separately purchased services, tickets and travel remain subject to their own cancellation and payment terms.
您可电邮 alliance@acec.ventures 申请退出或修改名录。会员资格不涉及费用退款。另行购买的服务、门票及差旅适用各自的取消与付款条款。
9. Data and privacy • 数据与隐私
ACEC uses registration details to administer membership, verify information, manage approved directory content and communicate relevant opportunities. Personal data is handled under the ACEC Privacy Policy and applicable Singapore data protection law.
ACEC 使用注册资料管理会员、核验信息、维护经批准的名录内容及传达相关机会。个人资料依据 ACEC 隐私政策及适用的新加坡数据保护法律处理。
10. Business outcomes and liability • 商业成果与责任
ACEC facilitates connections and does not guarantee partnerships, funding, investment returns or regulatory approvals. Membership does not imply endorsement of a member or transaction. Members are responsible for their own checks, decisions and agreements with other parties.
ACEC 提供资源对接，不保证合作、融资、投资回报或监管批准。会员资格不构成对会员或交易的背书。会员须自行核查，并对其决定及与其他方的协议负责。
11. Updates and governing law • 修订与适用法律
ACEC may update these terms with 30 days’ notice. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by Singapore law; disputes are subject to Singapore arbitration where applicable.
ACEC 可提前 30 天通知修订条款。继续保留会员资格即表示接受更新后的条款。本条款受新加坡法律管辖；争议在适用情况下提交新加坡仲裁。
12. Separate partnerships • 独立合作安排
Partnerships, referrals and commercial projects are governed by separate written agreements with ACEC. Business Membership alone does not grant partnership status or commercial authority.
合作伙伴关系、转介及商业项目以与 ACEC 的独立书面协议为准。企业会员资格本身不赋予合作伙伴身份或商业授权。
