Business Membership is for businesses and professionals with genuine commercial interests in ASEAN and China, including SMEs, growing companies, established enterprises, investors and professional service firms. Register using accurate business details and an authorised company representative.

How membership works
1. Complete the registration form and agree to the membership terms. Membership starts on successful registration.
2. Our team manually assesses and approves your company profile and logo within 2–14 business days before directory publication. Submission does not publish a listing automatically. We may contact you for corrections or clarification.
3. Explore relevant connections, activities and services. Consultancy projects, paid tickets and travel have separate scopes and charges.

Is membership permanently free?
Yes. Business Membership has no joining fee, annual fee or expiry date.

No. Descriptions and logos require manual assessment and approval within 2–14 business days before directory publication. Submission does not publish them automatically.

Does registration guarantee business outcomes?
No. Opportunities depend on suitability, availability and the parties involved. ACEC may investigate or remove unsuitable accounts.
